Rich woods and rough-hewn stone bring a bit of the outdoors inside, while roaring fires, squashy sofas and plush soft furnishings bring all the comfort you could need.

The apartments are all designed with a spacious, open-plan living space at their hearts, giving everyone in your party a place to gather together for celebrations or quiet get-togethers with loved ones. And there are lots of spots to curl up on your own with a book and a glass of wine, too.

A modern but intimate dining area in each apartment provides the backdrop for relaxed meals, enjoyed with friends, and the kitchens are beautifully equipped with dishwashers, Nespresso coffee machines and much more. Location

These luxury ski chalets in Val d’Isere are located in the quiet and upmarket Legettaz area, just 500 metres from the centre of Val d’Isere itself with all its boutique shops, bars and restaurants.

Each of the four-bed apartments has a ski-in/ski-out location, which makes getting out on the slopes a cinch and the Solaise and Bellevarde ski lifts are also nearby.

The building has an underground car park for your use and the nearest airports are Chambery, approximately two hours away, and Geneva, approximately three hours away.

Self-catering in the fully-equipped kitchen will be a joy for any budding chefs. Alternatively, if you prefer to eat out and discover more of Val d’Isere, the chalets’ concierges will be pleased to make recommendations and book tables for you.

However, if you fancy hunkering down in your apartment, a meal box delivery service is available at an additional cost. Remove the hassle of shopping or working out what to eat each night – everything is delivered, all ready for you to cook. Each box contains seven breakfasts, seven picnic lunches and six dinners as well as snacks, seasonings and a household kit. Choose from the simple ‘Classic’ box, the gourmet ‘Pleasure’ box, as well as boxes designed for ‘Children’ and ‘Short Stays’.

Kids

Vail Lodge’s family friendly ski apartments are ideal for those travelling with kids and you’ll have a concierge service on hand to make sure everything is stress free.

If you’ve chosen the meal box service and shopping delivery, everything can be waiting for you and the cupboards stocked with kid-friendly food and any baby bits you need before you arrive.

The apartments are ski-in/ski-out, which makes getting out on the snow much easier with kids in tow. Additionally, the apartments’ open-plan design offers plenty of room for children to play. Each of the apartments has its own bunk room, which children can make their own to hide out in away from the grown-ups. There are also TVs in each of the apartments to keep kids entertained on snowy afternoons. In fact, three of the five apartments have a dedicated TV area where they can chill out in front of a movie.

Cots and highchairs can be provided if needed, and your concierge can arrange nannies and babysitters on request, too.
