Seemingly symmetrical from the exterior, the cubist villas offer four sumptuous suites in the north villa and six in the south villa. Grand master suites with relaxing jet tubs, fully retractable floor to ceiling windows and captivating ocean views offer an immediate sense of serenity, and spacious guests suites with twin beds are perfect for friends or children. Gleaming white interiors are punctuated with artistic driftwood furniture, creating invitingly cool dining and living areas to retreat to on a balmy day.

Top tip? The panoramic views from the headland are best embraced from the two clifftop hot tubs. Toast the sunset with a cocktail curated by your expert mixologist who will shake a sundowner to your taste, and as the candles flicker to life you can soak under the stars or enjoy a movie by moonlight. Double trouble has no negative connotations here: larger groups will love the two infinity pools to choose from. Competing for the award of best seats in the house are the open-air lounge Turtle Point, the cliffside dining area and serene ceremony platform, perfect for simply celebrating family time together or perhaps an Anguillan ‘I do’.

Location

ÀNI Anguilla estate is an exclusive private development of two villas on the island of Anguilla overlooking Little Bay Beach. You are never more than 20 minutes from gourmet restaurants and three beaches can be reached within 5 minutes on the golf buggys.

The island has its own airport, Clayton J Lloyd International, which is a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Alternatively, you can fly to St Martin and take the ferry over to Anguilla.

Rooms

ÀNI Anguilla sleeps a total of 20 people. The north villa accommodates 8 people across 4 bedrooms whilst the south villa sleeps 12 people across 6 bedrooms. The estate is available to book on a 6, 8 or 10 suite basis and you can choose rooms within either or both of the villas during your stay.

Eating

Fresh, local and always delicious, the menus here are a highlight of your stay. The villa’s team of staff are on hand at all times to ensure you are never in need of sustenance. All-day snacks are available too.

Each morning, a delicious breakfast is served to start your day on the right note, from light platters of fresh fruit to something more filling for those who want it.

Your chef will also cook either lunch or dinner for you, (half-board basis), with menu choices including lobster wraps with Anguillian greens, beef short rib, red snapper with shrimp gumbo and tuna tartar. The local ingredients and dishes are best enjoyed outside soaking up the Anguillian sun, we find.

House wines, premier spirits and soft drinks are all included and there’s even a cocktail service that makes a real occasion of sunset each evening.

Whether they want to go turtle-spotting, snorkelling or on bike rides, they’re sure to find something to suit them and staff will ensure they are well cared for so that adults can relax completely. The staff will work with you to select the options your children will love most so that you can enjoy some down-time.

For older children, the tennis court, paddle boards and snorkelling equipment offer endless hours of outdoor fun.
