There are too many fabulous features to list at Le Rocher but the overall quality and style of this chalet is most prominent in the vast open-plan living area on the top floor. A beautifully vaulted timber roof affords the room some added cosiness whilst fashionable furniture adorns every corner. Set off by classic Baroque and modern, contemporary ornaments, the living area provides a relaxed, cosy but sophisticated setting for you, your friends and family to spend time together.

No luxury ski chalet would be complete without a roaring log fire and it hasn’t been overlooked here. Set deep in the chimney breast stonework, the flames produce a flickering shimmer across the pale grey carpentry and artisan masonry, completing the perfect setting for your Alpine retreat.

As you descend through its palatial staircase, Le Rocher is a building that keeps on giving; the lower two floors in particular are where the fun begins. On one floor you have the spa and wellness area: a gorgeous swimming pool set in the rocky foundations of the basement. A warm azure glow greets you along with a vast sculpture of a polar bear at one end. A mammoth TV lies on the wall above the pool making a unique spot to enjoy a movie or catch up on world affairs. An indoor Jacuzzi, Hammam and sauna accompany the proceedings making it the complete wellness spa area your luxury ski chalet deserves.

Location

Just a few meters (approx. 100m) from the Cospillot piste and just a few minutes walk or chauffeured drive into the centre of resort, Chalet Le Rocher offers you all the advantages of Courchevel 1850.

The nearest airport is Chambery, approximately 1 hour 30 minutes drive, whilst Grenoble and Lyon airports are approximately 2 hours 10 minutes and Geneva airport is 2 hours 20 minutes drive away. Moutiers rail station is also just 30 minutes’ drive.

There is also an altiport in Courchevel 1850 for those travelling by helicopter or private jet.

Rooms

Chalet Le Rocher sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms.

Master bedroom on second floor with en-suite bathroom, dressing area, TV, office and balcony with mountain views.

Second master bedroom on second floor with en-suite shower room, TV and balcony with mountain views.

Bedroom 3:
Double bedroom on first floor with en-suite shower room, dressing area, TV and terrace access.

Bedroom 4:

Bedroom 5:
Double bedroom on first floor with en-suite shower room, TV and terrace access.

Please note that all beds are fixed and cannot be split into twins.

Eating

Chalet Le Rocher is presented on a half board basis. Your own professional chef and highly trained staff will be on hand to bring you some of the finest fare the Alps can provide throughout your stay.

For dinner, you make all the decisions; directing the chalet’s staff as to whether you prefer a gastronomic French feast, simple comfort food, or something much lighter. Your chef will be happy to discuss all this with you before your stay to ensure everyone is well fed at all times and any likes, dislikes or dietary requirements are taken into account.

If you wish to dine out during your stay, the chalet staff will be happy to make restaurant recommendations and reservations for you.
