With a private chef at your disposal, it’s like dining at your favourite breakfast bar, tearoom and gourmet restaurant every day. Just sit back and relax whilst the chalet staff ease you gently into the morning with a nutritious breakfast. All you have to think about is your day out on the slopes.
Later, at the cocktail hour, refreshing drinks and canapés are served as wonderful aromas waft out through the big oak sliding doors to the kitchen. Fresh local ingredients are used to create gourmet dishes. This three course meal is served at the beautiful 12-seater dining table, followed by a cheese board.
The menus can be tailored to suit your tastes, or to accommodate dietary requirements – just let us know your needs in advance. On two nights a week the staff have the days off, meaning that you have the choice of dining out in St. Anton’s finest restaurants, or, staying in, perhaps eating pizza in front of the TV. Your concierge will be happy to make restaurant reservations for you and advise on the best places to eat out.
