With a private chef at your disposal, it’s like dining at your favourite breakfast bar, tearoom and gourmet restaurant every day. Just sit back and relax whilst the chalet staff ease you gently into the morning with a nutritious breakfast, and then clear up afterwards. All you have to think about is your day out on the slopes.
In the afternoons a delicious spread of teatime snacks will be waiting for you, tempting you to over-indulge. If you have children who like to eat an early dinner, the chef can make them a separate meal, just the way they like it. Chalet Maria Schnee even has a second dining table in the kitchen which is perfect for kid’s teas.
Later, at the cocktail hour, refreshing drinks and canapés are served as wonderful aromas waft out through the big oak sliding doors to the kitchen. Fresh local ingredients are used to create gourmet dishes. This three course meal is served at the beautiful 12-seater dining table, followed by a cheese board.
The menus can be tailored to suit your tastes, or to accommodate dietary requirements – just let us know your needs in advance. On one night a week the staff have the day off, meaning that you have the choice of dining out in St. Anton’s finest restaurants, or, staying in, perhaps eating pizza in front of the TV. Your concierge will be happy to make restaurant reservations for you and advise on the best places to eat out.
A complimentary champagne reception is served on your arrival and a selection of hand-picked house wines are served with the evening meal. The chalet also has a supply of spirits, mixers, beers and soft drinks available. If you have any special requests such as a favourite tipple, we can have it stocked, at an additional cost.
Chalet Maria Schnee can also be taken on a self-catered or bed and breakfast basis.
