If you think you’re hard to please when it comes to finding the perfect luxury ski chalet, then welcome to your journey’s end. Come on in to Chalet Quézac. With design credentials to satisfy the most stylish of ski bunnies and every clever gadget and added service you can think of, this frankly stunning property will bring ‘wows’ in spades. Designed and owned by rally driver and professional skier, Guerlain Chicherit, the chalet is filled with amazing paintings and sculptures, making it a real one-off.

A gigantic living area gives you ample room to relax and entertain – there’s space for everyone to be ‘doing their own thing together’. A giant projector screen will keep older children happy for hours and gives you the chance to enjoy a group film night. There’s also a foosball and ping pong/pool table, perfect for tournaments between family and friends. The comfy and spacious sofas and ‘cosy zone’ mean you’re never short of lounging space and both the indoor and outdoor bars are only a few steps away, so there’s never any excuse for empty glasses. The whole space is a shrine to contemporary cool. Exposed stone and vaulted wood ceilings sit comfortably alongside the clean lines and beautiful curves of the modern designer furniture.

A stylish dining area with room to seat 16 comfortably makes for the perfect spot to enjoy happy and boisterous mealtimes together, while enjoying some of the most fabulous cooking you’ll find in a ski chalet. Outside on the dual-level terrace there is a professional barbecue and a quirky bar created inside an old Aeroski gondola cabin and fabulous chill-out zone, making it ideal for an al fresco après ski party.

If you like your downtime a little more active, the chalet has a stunning indoor swimming pool and a fitness area with cardio machines. Any aching legs picked up on the slopes will soon be soothed after a couple of hours spent in the Hammam, sauna or outdoor hot tub.

Rooms

Chalet Quézac sleeps 12 adults + 4 children across seven bedrooms.

Bedroom one – Lagoon
Master bedroom on its own floor below the living area with king-size bed; en-suite bathroom with glass bathtub and separate shower, popup 3D TV.

Bedroom two – Volcano
Second master suite with king-size bed; en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, 3D TV and office area.

Bedrooms three, four and five – Lilac, Pistachio and Raspberry
Double bedrooms; en-suite shower rooms, 3D TVs and office areas.

Bedroom six – Bellagio
Double bedroom; en-suite shower room, 3D TV and office area.

Bedroom seven – Children’s room
Two sets of full-size bunk beds to sleep 4 people each with its own TV, shower and sink area with separate WC.

Please note that all double beds are fixed and cannot be split into twins.

Eating

Chalet Quézac’s beautifully equipped kitchen is where your private chef will prepare meals that will appeal to every member of your party, from local specialities to good, old-fashioned home cooking. The choice is yours.

Only the best ingredients and hand-selected wines are used here. However, if you feel like something a bit more special, there is a fine selection of a la carte wines available for additional cost in the chalet’s wine cave.

Outside, a professional BBQ and pizza oven mean an al fresco après ski party is easy to arrange.

You’ll have one evening to sample the local restaurants and your butler will be more than happy to make recommendations and bookings.

Kids

Chalet Quézac is a children’s heaven. A hidden cubby hole leads to an indoor children’s play area which will keep them occupied for hours at a time. Kids will love the four-berth children’s room, with chunky bunk beds with built-in TVs, so everyone can watch exactly what they want – you’ll be lucky if you see them before 10am, we reckon.

The huge living space means there’s plenty of room for children and teens to loaf about. They’ll love the huge cinema projector screen, foosball and ping pong/pool table in the living space, or splashing in the swimming pool.

In the evenings your chef can prepare early dinners for younger guests at a time to suit them.

Cots and highchairs can be provided and childcare can be arranged on request.
