Chalet Villekulla has been designed with clean lines and a palette of neutral shades to make you feel instantly relaxed – you feel the ‘aaaah’ factor the moment you walk in the door.

A large and airy open plan living and dining space on the top floor is flooded with light through the floor-to-ceiling windows. In the mornings, wander out onto the south-facing balcony or take your first coffee of the day onto the large terrace, which the sun always hits around breakfast time. In the evenings, the living space is transformed into a cosy retreat, with a roaring fire at its heart to gather around with friends.

The chalet is ideally located just a few moments from the piste, where you can ski back to within 150 metres of the front door. Lifts are just moments away and keen skiers will make the most of the red runs and off-piste skiing nearby.

When you’re not out on the slopes, though, this is a luxury ski holiday that allows you to truly relax. Two hot baths perched out on the terrace are a wonderful place to soothe aching limbs, and there’s also a sauna to warm you through to your very bones. Or simply retreat to one of the chic, modern bedrooms to hide under the warmest of duvets, peek out at the mountain views and plan tomorrow’s adventures.

Location

Chalet Villekulla is located in a quiet spot that’s not too far from the action. The Galzigbahn lift station and resort centre are a short drive away.

The nearest Zammermoos piste is just a minute’s walk and advanced skiers can ski-in to within 150 metres of the chalet.

The nearest airports are Innsbruck approx. 1hr 15mins away and Zurich approx. 2hrs 20 mins away.

Eating

The staff at this luxury ski chalet will ensure you are always kept well fed and watered.

A continental breakfast is laid out ready for you each day to fuel you for a busy morning on the slopes. When you return from your skiing day early evening, canapés and Champagne are served and an early children’s supper is also available so that little ones can eat stress-free and parents can enjoy a more leisurely meal later in the evening.

After Champagne and canapés, your chef will serve a four-course dinner, including a local cheeseboard, along with a selection of contemporary house wines and artisanal beers. After dinner you can enjoy digestifs or coffee by the fire.

On the two nights the staff have off, there are lots of wonderful restaurants to experience in St. Anton.

The property is also available on a self-catered if you prefer, so you can follow your own schedule on your luxury ski holiday.

Kids

This is a luxury family friendly ski chalet, where everyone can relax. The open-plan spaces leave plenty of room for little ones to play and several of the bedrooms can be configured as twin rooms, offering flexible accommodation for family groups.

Cots and highchairs can be provided for younger guests and childcare can be booked on request.

St. Anton itself is a great choice for families. There’s an excellent ski school and youth centre in Nasserein and lots of non-skiing activities for those who want to do something else while grown-up ski bunnies enjoy the red runs.
