At the heart of the apartment is the open plan living and dining area, featuring a large plasma TV and integrated sound system. Floor to ceiling French windows allows light to flood into the living spaces, leading out onto the terrace where you can enjoy the stunning views of Lech and the snow-capped peaks. Half the living area is taken up by a large velvet sofa, perfect for après ski relaxation and drinks with your guests. For any aches and pains picked up from the slopes, why not steal away to your own private sauna, which you’ll find in the master bedroom suite.

Catering
Nidus Apartment 3 can be offered on a self-catered, B&B or catered basis, giving you the flexibility to eat when and where you wish – or utilise the chalet’s well equipped kitchen.
If taken on a B&B basis, you’ll be set-up with a continental breakfast each morning, then cleared away for you. When taken on a catered basis the in-house chef will work from the residence’s professional kitchen and your dedicated host will serve your dinner the privacy of your own apartment.
If you wish to explore some of Lech’s restaurants on some evenings, your concierge will be more than happy to advise and arrange restaurant reservations for you.

The location is ideal for families as the resort centre is close by, meaning you’re only a few minutes from the lifts, shops and restaurants at this luxury ski chalet.
Nannies and babysitters can also be arranged on request.
Location & Distances
Located on the first floor of the exclusive Nidus residence, this luxury apartment enjoys a wonderful position, just a 5mins walk to the Schlosskpf lift and a 10mins walk or 3mins drive to the centre of the village. There is also a bus stop nearby the residence, just 1min walk away.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck, approx. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich approx. 2hrs 30mins away.
