At the heart of the apartment is the open plan living and dining area, featuring a large plasma TV and integrated sound system. Floor to ceiling French windows allows light to flood into the living spaces, leading out onto the terrace where you can enjoy the stunning views of Lech and the snow-capped peaks. Half the living area is taken up by a large velvet sofa, perfect for après ski relaxation and drinks with your guests. For any aches and pains picked up from the slopes, why not steal away to your own private sauna, which you’ll find in the master bedroom suite.
The modern and stylish dining space is big enough to seat everyone in comfort, so you and friends and family can happily linger all evening over a leisurely meal. A fully equipped kitchen means that you can cater for yourself in comfort.
Each of the five bedrooms have been individually designed and an ode to comfort, with luxury linens, bathrobes, hairdryers and anything else you could need to make your own little home from home.

Location & Distances
Located on the first floor of the exclusive Nidus residence in Lech, this luxury apartment enjoys a wonderful position, just a 5mins walk to the Schlosskpf lift and a 10mins walk or 3mins drive to the centre of the village. There is also a bus stop nearby the residence, just 1min walk away.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck, approx. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich approx. 2hrs 30mins away.

At Nidus Apartment 3, your stay is designed around you. Choose between accommodation only, self-catered or catered service, offering the flexibility to create the perfect alpine holiday to suit your lifestyle.
Should you wish to book the chalet on a catered basis, a continental breakfast will be laid out each morning so you’re well fuelled. Your private chef will provide tantalising dinners on five evenings, and early dinners can be arranged for little guests. Cost of food and drinks will be charged for separately plus applicable VAT, based on your preferred catered package.
On the staff’s days off, or if you’ve chosen the accommodation only or self-catered option, you’ll be able to explore Lech’s exceptional selection of restaurants.
If you prefer to cook for yourself, the kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to make cooking a pleasure.
Family-friendly
Children will feel quite at home in the lovely bunk room, but for little ones, cots and also highchairs can also be provided on request.
The location is ideal for families as the resort centre is close by, meaning you’re only a few minutes from the lifts, shops and restaurants at this luxury ski chalet.
