About Nidus Penthouse, Lech
You get a real ‘on top of the world’ feeling from this exclusive luxury penthouse, which is perched at the top of the prestigious Nidus building.
The double-height living space with large French windows look out over the mountains and village below. Wrap up warm and head out onto the south-facing balcony with your morning coffee to make the most of that mountain air and fabulous view, or simply enjoy it from the warmer vantage point of a comfy seat by the roaring fire in the evenings.
Some of the country’s leading interiors gurus were drafted in to design the Nidus Penthouse – and it shows. Every aspect of the wonderful living space at this luxury ski apartment has been carefully considered to keep it light and airy in the daytimes, with its huge glass windows and natural materials, yet incredibly cosy and intimate in the evenings, when clever lighting, a roaring fire and oversized squashy sofas combine to make this one of the best spots in Lech to relax in after a day out on the slopes.
Each of the five bedrooms is an ode to comfort, with luxury linens, robes, hairdryers and anything else you could need to make your own little home from home on your luxury ski holiday here in the mountains. The master bedroom even has its own private sauna.
When you wish to head out from your luxury ski chalet (and, trust us, it will be a wrench) you’ll find the village centre and the nearest lifts are just a few minutes drive or just under a ten minute walk. There’s plenty to enjoy in Lech but returning to your luxury ski chalet afterwards where you can kick off your ski boots and leave them warming for the morning.
Location & Distances
Nidus Penthouse enjoys a fantastic position close to the centre of Lech, just a 5mins walk to the Schlosskpf lift and a 10mins walk or 3mins drive to the centre of the village. There is also a bus stop nearby the residence, just 1min walk away.
The nearest airports are Innsbruck, approx. 1hr 30mins away or Zurich approx. 2hrs 30mins away.

Catering
At Nidus Penthouse, your stay is designed around you. Choose between accommodation only, self-catered or catered service, offering the flexibility to create the perfect alpine holiday to suit your lifestyle.
Should you wish to book the chalet on a catered basis, a continental breakfast will be laid out each morning so you’re well fuelled. Your private chef will provide tantalising dinners on five evenings, and early dinners can be arranged for little guests. Cost of food and drinks will be charged for separately plus applicable VAT, based on your preferred catered package.
On the staff’s days off, or if you’ve chosen the accommodation only or self-catered option, you’ll be able to explore Lech’s exceptional selection of restaurants.
If you prefer to cook for yourself, the kitchen is very well appointed with everything you need to make cooking a pleasure.
Family-friendly
Children are given a warm welcome at Nidus Penthouse. The bunk room will give them their own private kids’ space to retreat to. The chalet itself is open plan so offers plenty of space to play as well as a TV and DVD player, sound system and Wifi which are sure to keep older children entertained.
The location is ideal for families as the village centre is close by, meaning you’re only ever a few minutes from both the lifts and the shops and restaurants at this luxury ski chalet.
Cots and highchairs are available, and childcare can be arranged on request.
