The property is set within the grounds of the exclusive Porto Zante resort, so guests of the villa can eat in the beachfront Club House Restaurant, which is a Mecca to Mediterranean and Greek gastronomy with stunning views out over the Ionian Sea. Fresh fish and lobster, enjoyed while watching the sun set over the neighbouring island of Kefalonia, is a top way to end any day here.
The resort also has a fantastic Asian restaurant, set right on the beachfront, serving delicious Japanese and Thai cuisine using only the freshest of ingredients.
Alternatively guests have access to a 24 hour in-villa dining service if you prefer the privacy and quiet of your own luxury villa.
Bedrooms & Layout
This luxury villa sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms.
Both master bedrooms have king-sized beds and en-suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi bathtubs, separate showers with hydrojets and walk-in dressing rooms.
The living area on the first floor can be converted into a sleeping area to accomodate a further two children or one adult on a sofa bed and has access to its own bathroom.
Please note that beds cannot be split into twins.
Family-friendly
Children are honoured guests at the Porto Zante resort, with lots of supervised activities at the wonderful kids’ club so that parents can have some me-time. There’s also a playground where they can burn off energy and make new friends. But as well as the ‘big things’, the little details are taken care of here, too. Dedicated dining menus, bath toys in the bathrooms, and for older children, a Playstation 4 to keep them amused while the adults chat over dinner.
The Presidential Spa villa itself is spacious and simply furnished, leaving plenty of room to play, and there’s an abundance of outdoor space for children to enjoy, with a private pool and private garden too.

The villa is located within the exclusive resort of Porto Zante on the Greek island of Zakynthos, just off the western coast of the mainland. It’s 15 minutes drive to the main town and harbour.
The island’s airport is a 20 minute drive away.
