Located on the delightful Spanish island of Majorca is Sa Terra Rotja, a luxury villa forming part of the Son Bunyola Estate.

This luxury villa is offered with a private heated pool, surrounded by a spacious sunbathing terrace and can easily accommodate up to 8 guests across the four en-suite bedrooms.

The estate covers an extensive area to the north west of the island (680 acres) and within it lies a large historic manor house dating back to 1800s.  Guests of the villa will not fail to feel relaxed in the peaceful location, offering beautiful scenery including vines, fruit & olive trees.  

By day you may be happy to just enjoy the privacy of your villa and swimming pool, or take a morning stroll around the villas estate.  However, for those looking to be a little more active, there is both tennis and golf available nearby.

Your villa comes with a private chef so you can enjoy complete relaxation. Continental breakfasts will be pre-prepared for you to help yourselves each morning and on six days a week your chef is on hand to serve buffet style lunches and a three-course bespoke menu in the evening which can be enjoyed either outside on the terrace of indoors as you prefer.

Location

Villa Sa Terra Rotja is located on the edge of the Son Bunyola Estate on the northwest coast of the island of Majorca.

Nearby, within a few kilometres, guests of the villa can find traditional Majorcan villages of Banyalbufar or Esporles and the nearest pebble beach is only short drive or a 20 minute walk.

Palma airport is approximately 40 minutes drive.

It is recommended that a hire car is taken which also serves for getting about and taking in the islands sights.

Rooms

Sa Terra Rotja sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 en-suite bedrooms, 3 of which can be configured as twin beds.

Heating and air conditioning are provided in all bedrooms.

Eating

You will be delighted to awaken each day in the knowledge that a tasty continental breakfast await (pre-prepared by your chef). All you have to do is help yourself, relax and enjoy the view from your terrace at your leisure.

Your chef will prepare a buffet style lunch and three-course evening meal on six days of the week and is happy to tailor the menu to the tastes of your group.

All drinks are included and you are free to help yourself, the villa will be more than happy to ensure you have your favourite drinks available for you during your stay.

Sa Terra Rotja is offered on a self-catered basis during non-peak months. Take advantage of the local markets to buy the freshest ingredients to enjoy during your day. Alternatively, your concierge will be happy to organise in-villa dining with a private chef or can fill up your fridge with all your favourite food and drink on request (at additional cost and with advanced notice).

For those looking to dine out, Banyalbufar and Esporles are nearby villages which provide alternative options in terms of restaurants and tapas bars.

There is plenty of space for children to roam around in the great outdoors at the Son Bunyola estate with the refreshing private swimming pool there to welcome you upon your return.

There is also a tennis court available and a pebble beach within 20 minutes walk.
