You can add in staff as you wish, with chefs, drivers and nannies all on hand if you want them, but The Bungo is a bit of a rarity in that how you enjoy your holiday is completely up to you.
Everything you could have need of is here, from the well-equipped ski room and kitchen to the little details like luxury bath products in the en-suites and iPad and stacks of board games to keep everyone busy in the afternoons.
The open-plan living spaces are super cosy, with capacious L-shaped sofas creating a comfy nook in which to curl up to read or catch up with friends in the light and sunny living areas. However, push back the bi-folding doors and it opens right up onto the spacious terrace, complete with gas barbecue, outdoor dining space and hot tub. It’s a great space to enjoy if you’re at The Bungo in summer and also a lovely spot for a fresh-air breakfast or sundowners in the hot tub during winter, too.
The double or twin rooms are each beautifully decorated in a palette of stylish neutrals, and kitted out with slippers, White Company bath products and Egyptian cotton towels and linens, making each a restful retreat you’ll be pleased to see at the end of the evening.
Small but perfectly designed, we think you’ll find a new home from home in The Bungo.
