Booking a luxury summer chalet for your adventure in the Alps makes it the best it can be. After a day of hiking, biking, and sightseeing, there’s nothing better than returning to your own space. Whether you opt for a chalet with a private chef, spa, cinema, or swimming pool, you’ll be spoiled for ways to unwind. The best way to refresh yourself after a day baking in the sun is to jump in a pool. Looking up at snowcapped mountains, floating peacefully.
Luxury chalets are more popular in winter, especially around Christmas and New Year, when they become safe havens for skiers. However, there is a rapidly growing demand for our chalets in summer. The biggest draw for renting our luxury chalets in summer instead of winter is the great range of activities on offer in the Alps in summer. Browse the finest luxury summer chalets below, or check out our luxury winter chalets instead.
Skiing and snowboarding are replaced by road and mountain biking. Cross-country skiing waits for snow to fall, while hikers take to the trails and explore the lush mountain landscapes. Paragliding around the valleys is always breathtaking, but those breaths are a lot warmer in July than January. Cable cars in most resorts are open for both the warmest and snowiest months, making it easy to pop up to mountaintop restaurants.
We have included all our chalets from resorts that are great in summer in this category. That means that you can be sure that the lifts, restaurants, bars and shops will be open, the atmosphere will be lively, and you’ll have plenty of activities and events to choose from. Choose one of Firefly Collection’s extensive portfolio of luxury chalets for summer holidays to have a summer Alpine adventure that’s better than any other.
