Chalet Twenty26’s interior design is a modern boutique twist on traditional alpine style. The chalet is just moments from the centre of Morzine, the picturesque Alpine town at the heart of the magnificent Portes du Soleil ski area in the French Alps.

The spacious open-plan living and dining area has stunning views up the valley to the Dents Blanches mountain range beyond and down across Morzine to the pistes of Pleney, and a roaring fire will keep you warm as you sink into the plush sofas with a book.

Full height sliding glass doors open onto the wrap-around balcony, the perfect place to watch the setting sun whilst enjoying a glass of champagne.

The spacious dining table is surrounded by comfortable chairs, so you can explore the extensive wine list and linger over a delicious evening meal prepared by your private chef. And with bespoke catering and attentive personal service, you won’t want to leave the chalet.

There are six luxury en-suite bedrooms and the chalet features the latest technology including cinema room with HD projector and surround sound, networked audio system, LCD wifi, printer, games console and on-demand movies.

No mountain home would be complete without a fantastic spa area and Chalet Twenty26 is no exception. You’ll find the spa suite in the vaulted cellars with two chambers each focused on different aspects of relaxation. Then head outside to the multi-level terrace with fantastic views of the mountains. This is where you will find the heated outdoor swimming pool and outdoor hot tub, the perfect places to soothe your muscles and discuss the day’s antics with friends. You’ll also find a charming wood burning sauna and loungers from which to enjoy the tranquility of the mountains with that steaming glass of vin chaud.

Location

Chalet Twenty26 is located at the start of the Valleé de la Manche, an idyllic and private location yet only moments from the centre of Morzine.

If booked on a catered basis, your in-resort chauffeur will transport you to and from the ski lift of your choice each day. This takes barely a minute to the nearest lift at Nyon just 500m away, from which you can access the Morzine-Les Gets sector; or 10 mins to Prodains, which takes you straight to the heart of Avoriaz and the rest of the Portes du Soleil ski area.

Geneva Airport is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes drive.

Eating

During non-peak weeks, Chalet Twenty26 can be offered on a ‘Relaxed Catered’ service, where guests can expect mouth-watering meals prepared by the chalet’s dedicated cook.

Each morning, your chalet host will lay out a hearty continental breakfast to set you up for the day, with hot options offered on five mornings. Once you’ve burned all that off on the slopes, you’ll return to your chalet to find afternoon tea with either sweet or savoury tart from the local artisan pâtisserie laid out for you to enjoy.

A 3-course dinner is provided on five evenings and early kids’ tea can be arranged if required. On staff days off, you’re free to either explore a wide range of restaurants in Morzine, order a takeaway or cook for yourselves in the comfort of your chalet.

The chalet will also be pre-stocked with a selection of house wines, spirits bar with speciality gins, craft beers and European larger for guests to enjoy.

Chalet Twenty26 can also be taken on a self-catered basis if you prefer, giving you the flexibility to set your own schedule.

Early children’s meals can be prepared and the in-resort driver service means getting the kids off to ski lessons, or back to the chalet after a day’s adventures, is a breeze.
