Description

Occupying a peaceful position amongst the meadows, the luxury Chalet Arandellys feels like it is a world away from the bustling town centre of Chamonix, yet it is only a 10 minute drive to the shops, bars and restaurants.

You can enjoy the silence of the mountains from the huge deck and the spectacular view of the peaks of the Aiguille du Midi never gets less amazing.

The chalet itself is gorgeous. It is large and spacious enough to accommodate a large group without feeling cramped. There are numerous separate sitting/living areas for the group to spread out once the serious business of skiing is finished for the day.

The main chalet has 7 bedrooms plus just a few steps across the decking is a separate self-contained annex with two addition bedrooms, which are available at an extra charge.

After a day on the slopes, the first port of call will undoubtedly be the very stylish indoor swimming pool and sauna. You won’t be able to resist just staring up at the jaw-dropping mountain peaks whilst floating in the pool. Then take a drink at the bar or find a quiet armchair to escape to with a book.

With a dedicated cinema zone, movie nights will certainly be on the agenda.

Location

Chalet Arandellys is located in the sought after area of Taconnaz between Chamonix and Les Houches, ideally placed for skiing in both areas and are approx. 5mins chauffeured drive away.

Geneva airport is just over an hour away and return airport transfers are included.

Chalet Arandellys sleeps 14 guests in 7 bedrooms of the main chalet, plus an additional 4 people in 2 bedrooms in the annex (available at extra charge).

Eating

With a talented chef and experienced hosts to look after you, you’ll know you will be well fed and watered throughout your stay at this luxury ski chalet.

A filling continental breakfast including porridge, cereals, pastries, fruit and yoghurt is provided each morning, to fuel you before you step out onto the snow and when you return from the slopes steaming pots of tea and coffee and homemade cakes will be waiting for you.

On five evenings each week, your private chef will prepare a mouth-watering four-course feast for you, using the finest local ingredients wherever possible. Carefully selected house wines are served with the meal but there is also a fabulous chalet wine list you can choose to upgrade to if you wish.

You’ll have two evenings a week to sample the local restaurants of Chamonix and your chalet hosts will be more than happy to make recommendations and bookings.

This luxury ski chalet is kid-heaven, with a TV/cinema area, dedicated playroom, indoor swimming pool and so much room to roam safely around the house.

Outside, the chalet is surrounded by vast open space where an army of snowmen can be built and snowball fights to be had.

Your chef will be happy to do an early evening children’s tea to suit your little ones’ bedtimes and so that you can relax and enjoy your evening meal in peace.

Come bedtime, junior guests will enjoy hunkering down in the dorm room, so adults can relax in peace upstairs.
