The talented chef and team of staff are on hand each evening to serve Champagne and canapés and a fabulous meal against the backdrop of the stunning dining area with mountain views.

Or just want to kick back and enjoy some down time? The chalet is kitted out with plenty of tech, from a Wii to keep the kids busy to Apple TV and more. With a second private living area and a further TV snug, there is plenty of room to escape to or for the kids to have their own space.

Equally this is a property that is just made for socialising in – the dining area seats 12 comfortably, the spacious living room, with roaring fire as its focal point, is an inviting place to gather with friends for drinks in the evenings. That’s not to mention the six supremely comfortable en-suite bedrooms, all supplied with luxury bath products, thick duvets and rustic throws and cushions to welcome you to your bed each night.

Location

Chalet Milou is perched on the Chemin de Clambin, just a 2 minute walk to the piste and offers virtually ski-in/ski-out access in good snow conditions. You can ski back to within a few metres of the chalet in the afternoons (snow permitting).

Place Centrale and the Medran lift station are just a few minutes chauffeured drive away.

The nearest airport is Geneva, approximately 2 hours drive.

Eating

You’ll be woken each morning to a delicious breakfast to set you up for a day on the slopes. Then, after you return home, you’ll find afternoon tea ready and waiting for you.

Pre-dinner drinks and canapés will be served on five evenings of your stay at this luxury ski chalet while your chef prepares a four-course meal for you. High-quality, fresh ingredients and imaginative menus are the cornerstones of the menus here. However, if you prefer something lighter or less formal, you have only to say. The team of highly skilled chefs, many of them from Michelin-starred restaurants, are completely flexible to your requirements.

A selection of high-quality Champagnes, wines, beers, spirits and soft drinks are always available, too. There are a number of Old and New World wines that have been carefully selected to compliment the menus as well as house champagnes to include Perrier Jouet Grand Brut and GH Mumm Cordon Rouge.

Your chef will prepare a dedicated children’s tea earlier in the evening so that kids don’t need to be on ‘best behaviour’ during a long meal and you can relax and enjoy your dinner at your leisure post-bedtime.

Chalet Milou has been kitted out with all you’ll need to ensure your stay is completely comfortable. Highchairs and cots can be provided so you can travel that bit lighter and the chefs are happy to cook a dedicated children’s tea, certain to appeal to even the fussiest of fuss pots, and enabling the grown-ups to enjoy a more relaxed evening meal later on.

There’s plenty for older children to do when they’re not on the slopes, too. Chalet Milou is decked out with Wii and other games, Apple TV and a DVD library. There’s a second living room as well as a TV snug which makes an ideal den for kids to escape to as well.

Nannies and babysitters can be arranged on request for you so that you can head off skiing, or for an evening out, on your own.
