Our prices show the range from the low season to the high season. Plus, if the property has catering options, the low price is for the lowest level e.g. self-catered, and the high price is for the highest level e.g. catered.
Each property has different high and low seasons. The general pattern is:
Chalets in the Alps
Low season is usually early/mid-December, mid-January, and summer.
Mid season is usually early February, March and April.
High season is usually Xmas, New Year and mid/end February.
Villas in Europe
Low season is usually April, May and October.
Mid season is usually June and September.
High season is usually July and August.
Villas in the Caribbean
Low season is usually June to November.
Mid season is usually November to mid-December and mid-April to June.
High season is usually mid-December to mid-April.
Spending the day on an Alpine adventure is my favourite pastime, but next on the list is what comes after that. Return to your mountain manor and treat yourself to time in the sauna, then indulge in the other spa facilities. Rejuvenate and replenish yourself, and leave the Alps feeling years younger.
Browse our collection of luxury ski chalets with a sauna, hand-picked from across the Alps by our experts. Skiing all day is some of the most fun you can have, but it can leave you a little sore. After skiing, it’s commonplace to unwind with a drink, whether that’s in your luxury chalet’s hot tub or a buzzing mountain bar. All that fun can take its toll the next day, and you’ll need a sauna to clear your head and invigorate you in the morning.
In this collection, you will find the best saunas, in the best chalets, in the best ski resorts in the Alps. If the chalet you choose comes with staff, and most of our chalets do, they ensure it is at the perfect temperature, based on your preferences. Your staff can also include spa therapists who will provide the full range of treatments. So what starts as a trip to the sauna for 5 minutes can turn into a blissful hour of soaking, steaming, massaging and more.
